🐾 Mine’s Cuter Terms of Service

1. Age Requirement & Eligibility

Mine’s Cuter is available only to individuals who are 13 years of age or older. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you represent that you have parental or guardian permission to use the Platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a user under 13 has created an account, we will remove the account immediately.

By using the Platform, you represent that:

• You meet the age requirement.
• You have authority to enter into these Terms.
• You will comply with all applicable laws.

2. Family-Friendly Content Standard

Mine’s Cuter is a zero-tolerance, family-friendly platform. You may not upload, post, transmit, or share any content that includes:

• Nudity or sexual content (including partial nudity)
• Sexually suggestive imagery (even if non-explicit)
• Animal abuse or mistreatment
• Violence or graphic content
• Hate speech or harassment
• Illegal activity
• Self-harm content
• Political propaganda
• Scams or fraudulent listings
• Any content inappropriate for a general audience

We reserve sole discretion to determine whether content violates this standard. Violations may result in: Immediate content removal; Account suspension; Permanent account termination; IP/device bans; Referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for: Maintaining the confidentiality of your account; All activity conducted under your login; Ensuring your submissions comply with these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform rules or attempt to circumvent moderation systems.

4. User Content License

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload (“User Content”). By uploading content, you grant Mine’s Cuter a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to: Display and distribute your content within the Platform; Promote competitions; Create social media clips or promotional materials; Feature submissions in marketing campaigns.

You represent that: You own or have rights to the content; The dog shown is legally owned or in your care; The content complies with our Family-Friendly Standard. We may remove content at any time.

5. Competitions & Voting

Mine’s Cuter hosts themed dog photo competitions.

Voting Rules

• Vote limits vary by account tier.
• Paid vote packages are limited per day.
• Boosted posts are time-limited.
• We may audit suspicious activity.

Prohibited Manipulation

You may not: Use bots or automation; Create fake accounts; Coordinate artificial vote inflation; Purchase third-party votes.

We reserve the right to: Adjust vote counts; Disqualify entries; Remove prizes; Ban participants. All competition results are final.

6. Premium Membership & Paid Features

Optional paid features may include: Premium subscriptions; Extra vote packages; Post boosting; Breeder listing fees; Litter post fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. All purchases are: Final and non-refundable except as required by law; Subject to pricing changes; Processed via third-party providers. We reserve the right to modify premium benefits at any time. 7. Breeder & Adoption Listings

Mine’s Cuter allows breeder and adoption listings. We: Do not verify breeders or sellers; Do not facilitate payment transactions; Do not guarantee health, lineage, or representations; Are not liable for disputes between users. All transactions occur at users’ own risk. Users must comply with all local and national animal sale laws.

8. Community Features (Doggy Dates, Dog Sitting, Lost Dog Alerts)

These features exist solely to connect users. Mine’s Cuter: Does not conduct background checks; Does not verify user identity beyond account registration; Is not responsible for offline interactions. Users assume all risk for in-person meetings.

9. Store & Merchandise

Products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers. We do not guarantee: Continuous availability; Shipping timelines; Supplier performance. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

10. Moderation & Enforcement Rights

To maintain a safe, family-friendly environment, we may: Use automated moderation tools; Review reported content; Remove posts without notice; Suspend accounts; Permanently ban users; Restrict features; Cooperate with law enforcement. We are not obligated to explain moderation decisions.

11. Advertising & Affiliate Links

The Platform may contain: Advertisements; Sponsored content; Affiliate links; Sponsored competitions. We are not responsible for third-party services.

12. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, competition systems, platform design, and proprietary features are owned by Mine’s Cuter. You may not: Copy platform mechanics; Scrape data; Reverse engineer; Reproduce competition formats.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee: Continuous availability; Error-free operation; Prize availability; Fairness of user conduct.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mine’s Cuter shall not be liable for: User-generated content; Breeder transactions; In-person meetups; Indirect damages; Lost profits. Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mine’s Cuter harmless from any claims arising from: Your content; Your transactions; Your interactions; Your violation of these Terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or behavior inconsistent with a family-friendly environment.

17. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by law.
