1.1 Information You Provide

When you create an account or use Mine's Cuter, you may provide information such as:

• Username
• Email address
• Password (stored securely)
• First and last name
• Profile picture
• Bio
• Location, such as your state
• Pet profile information (pet name, breed, age, birth date, gender, photos, description)
• Sale or adoption listing details, if you choose to list a pet
• Competition entries
• Votes cast
• Messages sent through our contact forms

If you purchase vote packages, boost packages, or premium memberships, payment information is processed securely through our payment provider.

Mine's Cuter does not store full payment card information.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you use Mine's Cuter, certain information may automatically be collected, including:

• Device type
• Browser type
• IP address
• Operating system
• Usage activity on the platform
• Pages visited and features used
• Time spent on the platform
• A device push token, if you turn on notifications, so we can deliver them

This information helps us improve platform performance and user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Display your pet profiles and competition entries
• Enable voting and leaderboard features
• Process purchases such as vote packages, boosts, or premium subscriptions
• Improve platform performance and functionality
• Respond to support inquiries
• Detect fraud, abuse, or misuse of the platform
• Communicate important updates about the platform

We may also use aggregated, non-identifiable data for analytics and service improvement.

3. Public Information

Some information on Mine's Cuter is publicly visible, including:

• Pet profiles
• Pet photos
• Competition entries
• Vote counts
• Leaderboard rankings

By submitting pet profiles or entering competitions, you understand that this information may be visible to other users of the platform.

4. Payment Processing

Payments for premium memberships, vote packages, and boost packages are processed by the store or payment provider that applies to where you bought them:

• Purchases in our iOS app are processed by Apple
• Purchases in our Android app are processed by Google Play
• Purchases on our website are processed by Stripe

We receive confirmation of what you bought so we can deliver it to your account.

These providers handle payment data according to their own privacy policies.

Mine's Cuter never sees or stores your full payment card number.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Mine's Cuter may use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Maintain user sessions
• Remember preferences
• Analyze platform usage
• Improve platform performance

6. Third-Party Services

We share information only with the service providers below, and only so they can do their jobs for us. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertising networks.

• Supabase. Runs our backend: accounts, sign-in, database, and photo storage. What it receives: Account information, pet profiles, activity data, and uploaded photos
• Apple App Store and Google Play Billing. Process purchases in our mobile apps. What it receives: Purchase and transaction details
• Stripe. Processes purchases on our website. What it receives: Payment details you enter on the website
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google). Delivers push notifications. What it receives: Device push tokens
• Sentry. Error and crash monitoring so we can fix problems. What it receives: Error and crash reports, performance data, and technical logs. If an error occurs during your session, Sentry may capture a replay of that session with all text masked and all images and media blocked. We have configured Sentry not to collect personal information such as IP addresses.
• Ahrefs Analytics. Tells us which pages are visited so we can improve the site. What it receives: Page visit and usage statistics
• Cloudflare Turnstile. Protects our sign-up and sign-in forms from bots. What it receives: Bot-detection signals on those forms
• Sign-in providers (Apple, Google). Let you sign in with an existing account. What it receives: Sign-in confirmation from the provider you choose. Our apps include standard software components from these providers, including components from Facebook's software kit that arrive as part of our sign-in tools. We do not use them to share your data with Facebook for advertising.

These providers only access information necessary to perform their services.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect your information.

These measures may include:

• Secure server infrastructure
• Encrypted connections (HTTPS)
• Access control for internal systems

However, no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights related to your personal information, including:

• Access to your data
• Correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion of your account
• Opt-out of certain communications

You can delete your account in the app under Account Settings. You have 10 days to change your mind, and your data is fully deleted within 90 days.

You can also contact us at any time and we will help with a privacy request.

9. Children's Privacy

Mine's Cuter is intended for users 13 and older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

If we become aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected without parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information.

Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information may contact us.

10. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Account Settings. You have 10 days to change your mind, and your data is fully deleted within 90 days.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.

Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
